Chocolate Chia Pudding


Yields: 4 Servings


  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  1. Place chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder and maple syrup in a bowl
  2. Whisk until thoroughly combined
  3. Allow mixture to sit out at room temperature to allow chia seeds to bloom
  4. Place mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate
  5. Serve well chilled

Garnish with Cherries or your favorite seasonal fruit.
