Fitness and Nutrition Coach and Co-Founder of HIIT Burn, Kelsey Heenan, has helped thousands of people–including some of Hollywood’s biggest names like Shay Mitchell and Sarah Levy–through their fitness journeys. The Plan

A meal plan designed for women, by women who knows how to help you reach your health, body and performance goals with the best macro and micro nutrients available. “Active women need adequate amount of protein, carbs, fiber and fats, restriction is never the answer” says Dr. Schehr-Robinson.

“Most importantly, meeting protein needs is a key part of both building muscle and feeling full from your food,” says Dr. Schehr-Robinson, “Protein is known in the nutrition world as the building block – a foundational aspect of both growth and repair. When our protein needs are met through diet we are less likely to have fluctuations in blood glucose, an improved sense of appetite and more responsive metabolism.”

Why
Kelsey created Transform as a supplemental meal delivery plan. You can choose 3 or 5 days per week, and 2-3 meals per day.

Does the Program contain snacks?
You can add on Kelsey’s Bars. Her nutritionally formulated on the go snack to take with you anywhere.

Can I drink coffee?
Yes, but keep moderation in mind. I recommend organic coffee, if that is accessible to you.

Is this a weight loss or maintenance plan?
The short answer is it can help with both depending on your goals. The plan’s flexibility allows you to adjust according to your individual goals and needs. If you are looking to lose weight, this is a great plan that allows for a lot of flexibility. If you are at your optimal weight and body composition, this is a great maintenance solution. If you are looking to add significant amounts of muscle, I would recommend adding extra sides of protein and snacks from the marketplace.

What can I expect?
Ready-to-eat, portioned meals without any prep. Our meals come in oven-safe containers so all you must do is heat and eat. All meals are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and have no refined sugar.
