Why HPLT?

HPLT is a community of people looking to optimize their human potential through exercise, self care, recovery and nutrition. 

Does the Program contain snacks?

Yes, you can add my signature HPLT Muffins. I love this as a pre or post workout snack. The high protein, high fiber muffins with the nutrients it needs, without that heavy-full feeling.

I don’t eat fish. Can I still use this plan?

Absolutely. Simply check the no fish box!

What is the macro breakdown of each meal?

Can I drink coffee?

Yes, but in moderation. I recommend organic coffee, as coffee beans can be an extremely polluted crop.

Is this a weight loss or maintenance plan?

The short answer is both. If you are looking to lose weight, this is a great plan that allows for a lot of flexibility. If you are at your optimal weight and body composition, this is a great maintenance solution. If you are looking to bulk up, I would recommend adding calories to your additional meals.

What can I expect?

Ready-to-eat, portioned meals without any prep. Our meals come in oven-safe containers so all you must do is heat and eat. All meals are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free (except for the whey protein in the HPLT Muffins), non-GMO, and have no refined sugar.

While we do our best, we do not provide a product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies. We are a facility that processes tree nuts.
