  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup (adjust according to sweetness preference)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of coconut water
  • 4 scoops of Synbiotic Powder
Must have 4-Quart Dutch Oven

Directions

  1.  coconut meat, maple syrup, coconut water and Synbiotic Powder in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  4. Allow to cool for at least two hours before serving.
