- Water (for thinning, if needed)
Directions
1. Prepare the Collard Leaves:
- Wash the collard green leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Trim the tough stems from the collard leaves, making them easier
- to roll.
2. Make the Turmeric Tahini Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, ground turmeric, maple syrup (if using), ground cumin, and garlic powder.
- Add water gradually until you reach your desired dressing consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
