How will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered fresh and ready to eat in two shipments. New York metro deliveries arrive Sunday night for program start on Mondays, the rest of UPS shipments arrive Monday night for program start on Tuesdays.
What is included in this program?
Based on your meal selection you will receive 2-3 meals per day 5 days per week in 2 shipments. The first box will have 2 days of meals and the second box will have 3 days of meals.

What is the macronutrient breakdown of the Paleo?
Paleo consists 1500 calories a day made up of 133 grams protein, 110 grams of carbs, and 59 grams fat daily.
Is this a weight loss or maintenance plan?
The short answer is both. If you are looking to lose weight, this is a great plan that allows for a lot of flexibility. If you are at your optimal weight and body composition, this is a great maintenance solution.
Keto
What is the macronutrient breakdown of the Keto?
Keto consists 1600 calories a day made up of , 40 grams of carbs, 70 grams of protein, 125 grams of fat.
Because of the high percentage of fat, keto keeps you feeling full.
What are ketones?
Ketones are a by-product of fat metabolism which your body and brain can use as a slow-burning, efficient source of fuel. Ketosis allows you to consume far fewer carbohydrates while simultaneously increasing your energy. Less blood sugar means less insulin, and as insulin levels fall and your body requires energy your liver produces ketones to fuel your body. Your brain can also use ketones as an alternative fuel source when blood levels of ketones are high enough to cross the blood-brain barrier. It can take up to four days for your body to enter a state of ketosis and start converting to using body fat as fuel.
How long should I stay on the plan?
We suggest staying on the Keto Plan for 4 weeks to achieve maximum results. Additionally, adhering to a 12- hour fasting window of no food consumption (e.g., 8pm – 8am) will help optimize those results.

Each meal has about 325-500 Calories. Protein 25%, Carbs 50%, & Fats 30%

This plan is ideal for anyone who wants eat a vegan diet in the best way: to lower inflammation and improve their body and mind with plant-based food.
ReBoot
How many calories are in the program?
1100 calories a day which is the perfect zone for a metabolic reboot.
Can I exercise?
Of course. Just don’t over-do it. A spin class, yoga, short run or weight training session are all great options but make sure you take time for mobility and stretching to boost circulation and aid the detoxification process.
How much weight can I expect to lose and keep it off?
Everyone is different, and weight loss depends on a number of factors. Most customers lose 3-5 pounds of weight and excess inflammation.
Can I drink coffee?
You can have organic coffee or matcha. Choose a dairy free milk like almond. If you sweeten your coffee we suggest monk fruit of stevia.
