“I have been working with Tricia, the Founder of Daily Dose, for the last 10+ years to support my A-list Clients with targeted nutrition they needed to reach their goals. I’m excited about our partnership, as it gives me the opportunity to bring the same proven nutrition methods to your table.” – Don Saladino
Here are Don’s top 5 nutrition tips.
1. Hydrate!
Aim for 1/2 your bodyweight in oz of water per day. I recommend getting 1/4 of your goal first thing in the morning.
2. Slow Carbs, Not No Carbs
Eating slow burning carbs like sweet potatoes, quinoa, and gluten-free oats will provide you with good, fibrous nutrition packed with energy.
3. Fiber Is Your Friend
Aim for 25 grams per day for women & 35 grams per day for men. This will help regulate your body’s use of sugar.
4. Protein Is Powerful
Aim for 1 gram per pound of bodyweight per day. Protein is your muscle building block.
5. Fats Are Fuel
Fat is an energy source. Good healthy fats have many benefits and will be another tool to keep you satiated.
