Story
What started as a personalized and private meal delivery service became a larger mission.
After a long career working in some of New York City’s best restaurants and more than 10 years creating custom meal programs for professional athletes, celebrities, and high performers, Chef and Nutrition and Holistic Health Expert Tricia Williams founded Daily Dose so she could change more lives through healthy, functional, and delicious meals.
