We recommend you incorporate this meal plan in tandem with Yinova’s 3-month plan for fertility to optimize and prime your body for conception.

What can I expect?
Ready-to-eat, portioned meals without any prep or cooking. Our meals come in oven-safe containers so all you have to do is heat and eat. All meals are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and have no refined sugar.

How many calories are in The Plan and what are the macros?
The Plan is 1200 calories a day: 50% protein, 20% carbohydrates, and 30% healthy fats.

Can I make dietary/allergy modifications?
We can accommodate up to 3 select allergies for an additional fee of $10 per day.
