AM I GOING TO BE STARVING ALL WEEK?

Nope! This isn't about counting calories or limiting the amount of food you consume. During these 5 days, we're simply removing all the junk from your diet and reseting with whole, real food.

If you're hungry - eat! It's so important to listen to your body and learn how to fuel it properly.

OKAY, I'M INTERESTED, BUT WILL THIS ACTUALLY WORK FOR ME?

We know there are a lot of short-term programs out there promising to be a miracle cure — but honestly, most of them are BS. (We know because we've tried them!)

This program is different because it focuses on introducing lots of healthy, nutrient-dense foods into your diet rather than pre-portioned meals or shakes. PLUS, you’ll learn tools for changing habits long term, which is something you can take with you well beyond the five days.

You will feel a difference by the end of the week, but of course, we can’t expect absolute miracles in 5 days. This is why we're also offering the optional private session — letting you take your reFRESH to the next level with personal 1:1 coaching.
