This unique fusion of nutrient-rich foods and medicinal herbs enhances fertility by supporting a healthy egg and receptive uterine environment.

The Yinova Fertility Plan by Dr. Jill Blakeway is a perfect balance of key vitamins, minerals, amino acids, protein, and healthy fats incorporated into 3 organic ready-to-eat meals and a rich bone broth each day.

The plan is intended to complement the treatment you receive from your RE or OB/GYN.

We recommend you incorporate this meal plan in tandem with Yinova’s 3-month plan for fertility to optimize and prime your body for conception.

What can I expect?
Ready-to-eat, portioned meals without any prep or cooking. Our meals come in oven-safe containers so all you have to do is heat and eat. All meals are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and have no refined sugar.

How many calories are in The Plan and what are the macros?
The Plan is 1200 calories a day: 50% protein, 20% carbohydrates, and 30% healthy fats.

Can I make dietary/allergy modifications?
We can accommodate up to 3 select allergies for an additional fee of $10 per day.

While we do our best, we do not provide a product for people with medically-necessitated diets or severe allergies. We are a facility that processes tree nuts.
