The Plan takes what you have worked on in the gym or the studio to the next level.

The Plan includes 3 meals, an electrolyte-infused water, and an afternoon adaptogenic tea. The meals are combined to boost your metabolism, keep you fueled, and help you repair with lean high-quality proteins, alkaline and nutrient-dense vegetables, good fat sources, and low glycemic carbohydrates. Just like Annaโs workouts, we keep your body guessing with new menus each week.

We designed the Kaiser Water to give you a super clean yet powerful way to replenish and hydrate during or post workout. Kaiser Water has naturally alkalizing and anti-inflammatory properties to help neutralize lactic acid, speed recovery, and stay hydrated for longer periods of time.

Anna Kaiser Studio classes bring the best of fitness in a fun and supportive atmosphere, helping members see the results they never thought possible. AKS recommends you take 4-5 classes per week to feel the benefits. Price incentives are extended to committed clients in the form of class packages and memberships.

What can I expect?
Ready-to-eat, portioned meals without any prep or cooking. Our meals come in oven-safe containers so all you have to do is heat and eat. All meals are organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, non GMO, and have no refined sugar.
How many calories are in The Plan and what are the macros?
The Plan is 1200 calories a day made up of 50% protein, 20% carbohydrates, and 30% healthy fats.
What if I require more calories?
If you require more than 1200 calories a day, you can easily supplement with our AK-approved market snacks or supplement on your own.ย See our options.
Can I follow The Plan even if I am not currently doing Annaโs workouts?
Absolutely, itโs a balanced healthy lower calorie plan. But if you’re looking for true transformation, Anna recommends doing The Plan in conjunction with her signature workouts for 30 days.
Does it help with weight loss?
The Plan is for both weight loss and maintenance, depending on your goals.
Can I still enjoy coffee and/or alcohol?
Our clients see the most success when they eliminate alcohol during the duration of their meal plan. If you are going to have caffeine, we encourage you to drink organic coffee or matcha.
Does The Program contain snacks?
The Plan does not include snacks but you can order snacks on theย Market Menu.
Can I make dietary/allergy modifications?
We can accommodate up to 3 select allergies for an additional fee of $10 per day.
