The secret? Consistency both in the gym and the kitchen. You can’t out-train a bad diet. A lot of people have very solid workout plans, but fail to fuel their body properly to get the most out of their training. They find themselves in a vicious cycle of impulsive eating and constantly thinking about food. It’s only when we nourish with enough high quality protein, health fats and slow, fiber-rich carbohydrates that we experience sustained energy and results.

SuperCharged by Don Saladino makes it easy to reach your goals with perfectly combined dishes as functional as they are delicious. The plan is packed with the nutrients you need for long lasting satiety, optimal fitness and performance.

Each meal is macro optimized with 20 grams fat, 42 grams protein and 50 grams of slow burning carbohydrates. If you need something a little extra, add Don’s signature mud bowl to your plan, this insanely delicious soaked-oat protein-packed bowl is designed as pre or post workout fuel with 7 grams fat, 26 grams protein and 48 grams carbohydrates.

Why SuperCharged?

Don created SuperCharge as a supplemental meal delivery plan. You can choose 3 or 5 days per week, and 2-3 meals per day. If you are counting macros, you can adjust your additional meals accordingly.

Does the Program contain snacks?

Yes, you can add my signature Mud Bowl. I love this as a pre or post workout snack. The Mud Bowl fuels my body with the nutrients it needs, without that heavy-full feeling.

I don’t eat fish. Can I still use this plan?

Absolutely. Simply check the no fish box!

Yes, but in moderation. I recommend organic coffee, as coffee beans can be an extremely polluted crop.

Is this a weight loss or maintenance plan?

The short answer is both. If you are looking to lose weight, this is a great plan that allows for a lot of flexibility. If you are at your optimal weight and body composition, this is a great maintenance solution. If you are looking to bulk up, I would recommend adding calories to your additional meals.
