Why SuperCharged?
Don created SuperCharge as a supplemental meal delivery plan. You can choose 3 or 5 days per week, and 2-3 meals per day. If you are counting macros, you can adjust your additional meals accordingly.
Does the Program contain snacks?
Yes, you can add my signature Mud Bowl. I love this as a pre or post workout snack. The Mud Bowl fuels my body with the nutrients it needs, without that heavy-full feeling.
I donโt eat fish. Can I still use this plan?
Absolutely. Simply check the no fish box!
What is the macro breakdown of each meal?
Breakfast: Calories 548, Protein 42g, Carbs 50g, & Fats 20g
Lunch: Calories 548, Protein 42g, Carbs 50g, & Fats 20g
Dinner: Calories 548, Protein 42g, Carbs 50g, & Fats 20g
Mud Bowl: Calories 334, Protein 26g, Carbs 48g, & Fats 7g
Can I drink coffee?
Yes, but in moderation. I recommend organic coffee, as coffee beans can be an extremely polluted crop.
Is this a weight loss or maintenance plan?
The short answer is both. If you are looking to lose weight, this is a great plan that allows for a lot of flexibility. If you are at your optimal weight and body composition, this is a great maintenance solution. If you are looking to bulk up, I would recommend adding calories to your additional meals.
