Frequently Asked Questions

How will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered fresh and ready to eat in two shipments. New York metro deliveries arrive Sunday night for program start on Mondays, the rest of US shipments arrive Monday night for program start on Tuesdays.

 

What is the cutoff date for ordering?

Order by 5pm EST Friday to start your program the following week.

 

When is the next launch of reFresh5?

reFresh5 runs every quarter for a seasonal reset. Next start date is January 5th and preorders will open in December.

 

Do you offer any substitutes to the menu?

On a case by case basis depending on needs.

Sarah Wragge, I spent most of my youth in and out of doctor’s offices with chronic digestive and health issues.
