Frequently Asked Questions

Will I bulk up from this plan?
This program is design to optimize body composition. You will see an increase in lean muscle mass but not it’s not designed to “bulk”.

What is the macro breakdown of this plan?
The calorie intake is 1600, which is evenly distributed throughout the day to 120 grams of protein, 120 grams of fiber dense carbohydrates, 71 grams fat.

Is this a weight loss or maintenance program?
The answer is both. You can use this for both weightless and maintenance. 

What if my daily protein requirements are higher than 120 grams per day?
You can supplement your meal plan with a daily whey protein shake or additional protein that can be added to card from our market place.

Can I drink coffee?
Yes. Look for organic.
