Guide to Skincare Qualifiers
The world of clean beauty can be so confusing, and there are so many different labels to consider...
Thought Leader in health and wellness, Doctor of Pharmacy and content creator, Mona Vand is dedicated to helping people becoming the best versions of themselves, with plant-forward, clean nutrition.
โThis meal plan is authentically me, not only because of the clean food I love to eat and fuel my body with, but also because each meal is plant-forward and bursting with incredible Persian flavor, a celebration of my culture that reminds me of home. The meals are perfectly complemented by the highest quality, and cleanest protein and fat available to give you the essential components to feel and look your very best.โ
A Taste of Home is designed for those who are looking to reduce inflammation, lose weight, heal gut issues and eliminate bloating while providing all the essential nutrients for glowing skin and healthy hair.
“One way of eating is never going to fit everyone, but as long as you’re sticking to the most clean unadulterated form of eating, you’re improving your health and wellness. I recently moved on from an entirely plant-based diet, as relying too heavily on grains, nuts, seeds and legumes can cause inflammation, gut issues and bloating. While I no longer consume a Vegan only diet, I strongly believe that whole foods should be the foundation of your meals and any added proteins should be 100% grass fed, antibiotic-free, wild caught, pasture raised and organic when possible. I’ve also added nourishing fats like olive, coconut and MCT oils to help maintain brain health and optimal energy. In the process, I’ve finally started to notice improvements in my gut health after years of trying different diets. Iโm excited to share some of my findings and favorite dishes with everyone!”

By combining ginger, rose and Mitopureยฎ, a longevity supplement extracted from pomegranates, the Longevity Chia brings together ancient wisdom and modern science. We tie it all together with creamy Coconut Milk and that signature Persian flavor punch, Cardamon and Cinnamon.
“I love that rose has natural compounds that bring feelings of calm and happiness, and itโs anti-inflammatory. On a personal note, taste literally brings me back to my time in Iran at 4 years old. We use it in everything from our ice cream to our tea. I hope the rose in these dishes, bring you as much joy as they bring me.๐โ

Tricia has worked with some of the biggest celebrity names on the planet, formulating meal plans to help them get ready for their big roles. Tricia and Mona actually connected over a perfect Daily Dose chia pudding! Mona was immediately hooked when she had it, it was down to the combination of nourishing fat, super clean ingredients and deliciousness that made her take a closer look at the brand and eventually reach out to discuss the potential of a collaboration.
