HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR FAST

  •  We recommend keeping at least a 14 hour fasting window each day, meaning if your first meal is at 9am then you last meal should be at 7pm
  • Feel free to start your eating window with a full fat coffee or matcha adding coconut milk or MCT oil. If you want to have coffee or tea in your fasting window, please enjoy it black or your tea plain.
  • It doesn’t matter what order you eat the meals in. Most of our Protein Fasters like to start their day with the lunch salad, have the full fat sweet snack in the afternoon, followed by dinner and the mineral broth at night.
  • This fasting mimicking program is ideal to incorporate on a monthly basis to optimize your body and mind on a cellular level.
