For Bagels
- 2 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Allulose Syrup
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted)
For Topping
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- 1 tbsp Black & White Sesame Seeds

Grain Free Bagels
Some of our client have really been missing bagels lately. But who want that bloat from having a wheat belly and all those extra calories? This grain free bagel will keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning. It’s packed with healthy proteins and fat to give you a boost all morning long. We love to eat them a schmear of cashew cream and 2 oz of wild cured salmon.
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
- Turn on Electric Donut Maker
- In a bowl whisk together almond meal, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, salt, apple cider vinegar
- Add eggs and allulose syrup mixing well
- Add coconut oil mixing until thoroughly combined
- Spoon in mixture into donut maker until two thirds full
- Cook until the light goes off
- Remove from donut maker and place bagels on a baking sheet
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Bake for 10 minutes
