Cinnamon Cacao Grain-Free Granola

YIELD 2 Cups
  • ½ Cup Raw Cashews
  • ½ Cup Raw Sliced Almonds
  • ½ Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • Liquid Stevia to Taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil.


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix together the cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and sesame seeds in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the cinnamon, sea salt, stevia and olive oil.
  4. Mix until the nuts-seeds mixture is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the mixture is dry.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
