Lemon Moringa Kale Chips

Moringa is our favorite go-to anti-inflammatory these days. It is a pepper flavored leaf similar to the flavor profile of arugula. It is said to be twice as anti-inflammatory as turmeric. We like to replace it in recipes where we would use pepper.

1 bunch curly kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon lemon zest

½ teaspoon moringa

sea salt to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Rinse, dry and remove stems from kale.
  2. In a large bowl, toss kale with oil, lemon zest, moringa and sea salt.
  3. Spread kale out on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
