Keto Bun
These buns go great with a grass fed burger or a pulled pork sandwich or make an egg roll for breakfast.
Yields 6 Buns
Ingredients
- 5 farm eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 3/4 cups almond four
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Add eggs, acv, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and sea salt into the food processor bowl
- Pusle food processor until a smooth batter is formed
- Form batter into 2 1/2 inch rolls and place on lined baking sheet
- Sprinkle with chia and sesame seeds on the pre-baked rolls
- Baked rolls for 20 minutes
Enjoy hot or cold!
