Keto Bun


These buns go great with a grass fed burger or a pulled pork sandwich or make an egg roll for breakfast.

Yields 6 Buns

Ingredients

  • 5 farm eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 3/4 cups almond four
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add eggs, acv, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and sea salt into the food processor bowl
  3. Pusle food processor until a smooth batter is formed
  4. Form batter into 2 1/2 inch rolls and place on lined baking sheet
  5. Sprinkle with chia and sesame seeds on the pre-baked rolls
  6. Baked rolls for 20 minutes

Enjoy hot or cold!
