It is a huge health benefit to hair, skin, muscle, cartilage, ligaments and blood cell growth.Yields: 4 servings 1 ½ cups water1 cup fresh beet juice1 cup fresh apple juice2 tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatinstevia to tasteHeat water in a pot to a boil. Combine beet and apple juice in a bowl. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Stir in hot water. Add stevia to taste. Place into four cups and chill for 2 hours. Serve with fruit, nuts or coconut whipped cream.
