Watch it wiggle….How can jello be good for you?  We made this jello with cold pressed beet and apple juice.  The hero ingredient here is Great Lakes Gelatin. It is a huge health benefit to hair, skin, muscle, cartilage, ligaments and blood cell growth.

Yields: 4 servings

 

 

1 ½ cups water

1 cup fresh beet juice

1 cup  fresh apple juice

2 tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin

stevia to taste

 

Heat water in a pot to a boil. Combine beet and apple juice in a bowl. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.  Stir in hot water. Add stevia to taste.  Place into four cups and chill for 2 hours. Serve with fruit, nuts or coconut whipped cream.
