It is a huge health benefit to hair, skin, muscle, cartilage, ligaments and blood cell growth.\r\nYields: 4 servings\r\n \r\n \r\n1 ½ cups water\r\n1 cup fresh beet juice\r\n1 cup fresh apple juice\r\n2 tablespoons Great Lakes Gelatin\r\nstevia to taste\r\n \r\nHeat water in a pot to a boil. Combine beet and apple juice in a bowl. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Stir in hot water. Add stevia to taste. Place into four cups and chill for 2 hours. Serve with fruit, nuts or coconut whipped cream.
