Maple Marshmallow
- 2 Large Eggs
- ¾ Cup Cup Monk Fruit
- ¾ Cup Almond Butter
- ¼ Cup Grass Fed Butter
(room temperature) - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Can eating a blondie make your skin glow….what? This week we made over our cherished childhood blondie into an almond butter blondies. Almond butter is high in Vitamin E which is an important nutrient for skin health. Studies have shown that Vitamin E can protect the skin from oxidation. So, eat a blondie and check out the glow.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place eggs, coconut sugar, butter, almond butter and vanilla in a mixer
- Cream together at medium speed until light and fluffy
- Mix in coconut flour, sea salt and baking soda
- Add chocolate chips
- Pour into a well greased 9x13 baking dish
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Let cool and cut into bars
