Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Adding full fat to your diet is an excellent way to stay fuller longer. Try starting your day with this full fat smoothie and see how long you stay full!

 

Servings: 1 

 

½  cup ice

1 tsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp raw almond butter

1 tsp coconut oil

1 small banana

1/3 cup blueberries

½  cup coconut water

1 tsp raw honey

 

 

Place all ingredients in a high power blender. Whirl until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
