2 tbsp kudzu
¼ cup water
1 cup apple sauce
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Place kudzu and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the kudzu is dissolved. Add apple sauce and cinnamon. Let mixture come to a boil whisking constantly. Reduce heat and continue to stir until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Let cool and serve.
